Lead new vertical launches end-to-end: market thesis, offer definition, pricing, first clients, and team build. Drive delivery leadership across your verticals, ensuring quality, timelines, and strong client outcomes. Demonstrate a basic working understanding of the organisation's financial operations — including revenue recognition, cost structures, margin drivers, and budgeting — to make sound P&L decisions. Build and maintain a leadership bench — hiring, coaching, and holding vertical leads accountable. Maintain a weekly operating rhythm with the CEO, covering numbers, risks, and key decisions. Work closely with enterprise clients in the US and across time zones to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Contribute to Techjays' broader strategy as the company scales into the agentic AI market.
